One aspect your firm excelled at was in written and verbal communication. All the costs and work schedules were clearly detailed. Any “challenges” that came up were presented to us with solutions and cost options. We never encountered any surprise costs or “he said she said” at any time during our project, it was all documented and followed to the letter. If changes were required, it was agreed to before any work was done. This made it easy for us to manage and track our expenses throughout the renovation.
