Our roof was leaking badly. We had commissioned a local roofer in the beach who didn’t show up. We then commissioned another company outside of the area, they too didn’t show up. We saw Jay and his crew working on a neighbour's house and approached him. He came over to our place, looked at the job, gave us a quote, and started work the following week! He stayed within budget, finished the job on time as promised, and cleaned up the area as they worked. I was and still am very impressed with the people, workmanship and the quality. With a one hundred year old house, there are lots of jobs and I am looking forward to working with Jay and his crew again.

Elite Construction performed several modifications to an existing deck as well as rebuilding stairs that lead to a lower level entry. The work was completed in a professional manner. The crew was courteous and knowledgeable, and completed the modifications to the exact specifications discussed.
I'm very pleased with both the level of service received and the results. I highly recommend Elite Construction and will be contracting with them again in the near future.
