We are a Design/Build company. No matter what style of home you are looking for, we will design based on your needs. Along with creativity, our team is knowledgeable with the Ontario Building Code and City Bylaws which means your home will be designed following acceptable standards.The first step to every project is acquiring as-built drawings. These drawings are then developed into proposed designs based on your initial meeting with our designer. Once the design is finalized, the preliminary drawings will be sent out for pricing and are ready to be developed for permit application.
