This beautiful 3,100 square foot, two storey custom home was once a 1,000 square foot bungalow. We rebuilt this home to suit the family’s growing needs by increasing their living space three times that of the existing bungalow. The completed project features 4+1 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and has a stunning open concept 9’ tall ceiling height on the main floor with custom coffered ceilings in the kitchen/living room area. By underpinning the basement, this home now has an 8’ tall ceiling height.
