Small Bungalow Renovation in Upper Beaches

This gorgeous home started as an extremely small bungalow. The homeowners did not want to move as they loved their street and neighbourhood but had no room for themselves and their growing family. We tripled the square footage of their home and transformed it into a spacious custom home that includes everything their family needs with beautiful personal touches unique to them. Building up and back on the existing foundation we “topped it up” by creating a new second floor. This house features custom glass railings and a built-in sauna. The most exquisite and inspiring part of the house is the rear wall, made entirely of windows. It is open, full of light and truly the focal point of this home.
